Turnkey. Plug and play. Modular. All of these terms communicate the same idea. Our systems are easy to use and integrate with your larger system. Our engineering team will deliver a skid package that fits your needs, with the primary goal of our designs being process intensification.
According to Stankiewicz and Moulijn, Process Intensification (PI) is, “any chemical engineering development that leads to a substantially smaller, cleaner, and more energy efficient technology.” The way that this is often acheived is by combining processes. One common example of this is combining a reaction step and a distillation step into a reactive distillation step.
We collaborated with Murphey & Dickey to build a simple chemical dosing system. This system is plug and play with a wide variety of other systems. It can be connected with 5 easy steps.
Step 1: Connect the suction side to the chemical feed drum or tote.
Step 2: Connect the discharge side to the chemical injection point.
Step 3: Connect line power to the junction box.
Step 4: Connect the sensor to your process line or tank.
Step 5: Program the pump set points into the PID controller.

For over 50 years, Murphy and Dickey has provided engineering, instrumentation devices, and testing for both industrial water and wastewater monitoring systems. Murphy and Dickey has supported Daley Automation in helping design dosing and chemical injection systems for both large and small projects. They also are Daley Automation’s sales representatives for pipe skids and valve automation capabilities.
